Students will be using data throughout the year to examine their increase in velocity on the field. We are in an incredible competitive district and will need to increase our ability to throw and catch everywhere on the field. Through a weight program and throwing program we can experiment with different throwing styles and mechanics to better serve our students. The weighted ball program has a great R & D document for the students to work along side with to better understand what they are completing. It also allows us to do our own research and bring science to the field and relate things back to the classroom.

About my class
