Majority of our students come from low income families who struggle to meet daily demands of life outside of school. Our students come to school for more than an education. We are their home away from home. Unfortunately, resources are limited but the need is still there! Having comfortable spaces for students to sit, supplies for them to use and so much more will help me provide and meet the needs of every student. My students love to get lost in a book and providing them with flexible seating, a new carpet in the library will help them feel more comfortable while reading their favorite book. Using all the new supplies my students will be able to work on their writing skills, projects and much more. I hope to continue to provide a comfortable learning environment that students want to come to. Having comfortable spaces for students to sit, supplies for them to use and so much more is my goal this year and for years to come!
