In the age of childhood obesity, it is of the utmost importance that we foster a love of activity in our students. The basketballs will be used for our after-school basketball teams. All students are invited to participate at no cost. The volleyballs and softballs will be used for all students in grades 5-8 to participate in team sports during school. A unique aspect of our program is that we travel to other small schools in our area to play most Friday afternoons. Our kids are able to participate in sports even if their parents don't have the ability to get them to and from practice and games.
