Having a listening station in our kindergarten class will allow my students another opportunity to hear a book read to them in our classroom aside from me reading to them. Most of my students come from homes that do not have books or they are not read to. I would love to give my students the ability to have a listening station that will allow them to listen to stories. Children take great pleasure in listening to stories. Donating to this project will not only make listening to stories fun and exciting but will also provide my students with a model of fluent reading.

About my class
