Education has finally started to look different! Students do not want to sit in desks for 6-7 hours a day. They need movement! They want to be comfortable! Especially middle school students! The bean bag chairs will provide a comfortable place for students to relax and regulate their emotions when they are feeling upset. The yoga balls and wobble chairs will be used at the students' desks. Students who have a hard time sitting still will benefit from using these flexible seating options because they will be able to bounce or wobble while learning or completing their assignments. I believe these flexible seating options will help students stay more focused on their given assignments and will also make students look forward to coming to school. A welcoming and encouraging school environment is crucially important in urban education and I want to inspire my students to come to school and put forth their best effort day in and day out. With your generous donation to our flexible seating options, you are telling our future generation that they are supported and cared for!
