I am always looking for more interactive ways to engage my students and to encourage them to continue growing. iPads will supply another way for my students to work on goals in their IEP(Individualized Education Program) resulting in eventually meeting their goals. As students with disabilities, they need extra practice and additional exposure to concepts using various mediums. Students will use iPads to meet their IEP goals by using educational apps to help them meet goals such as letter formation and sounds, writing, spelling, addition, subtraction, and counting. The iPads will allow my students to increase their ability to use technology. May of my students have limited access to technology outside of school. In a world of growing technology, iPads will give students practice so they can keep up.
