I am looking to create a mail center for students that will give them a place that is "theirs" in my classroom. It will be somewhere they can communicate with me without any other students knowing, turn in assignments, leave unfinished tasks to be completed, and more. It will also help build responsibility in the students, as they will need to be responsible for checking their mailbox and maintaining its contents. I hope this project helps students take ownership of their classroom and their learning. The markers will allow us to complete more student-centered activities! These will create opportunities for student collaboration and learning!
