In order to help create an amazing learning environment, I want to include items in my classroom that are inclusive to all students. The decorations I have on my list, including the bulletin board border and reusable letters, are to create a warm and welcoming environment for my students to learn in. I feel that a student learns best when they are comfortable and can allow themselves to make mistakes which begins with how the classroom is set up. I want my student to know that I care about how they feel in my classroom, and to be comfortable in any way that suits their needs. Some of the items I have included in my list include glue sticks, paper, and pencils, which are items every student needs to succeed but may not have access to purchase in my district. Other items I have included on my list include a bookshelf that I will make into a student-supply center for them to keep folders and other classroom supplies.
