I have an incredibly energetic bunch of learners this year and instead of stifling this energy, I want to embrace it. I try to integrate as much movement into my classroom as possible, but I believe flexible seating will add another level of engagement, ownership, choice, and buy-in into my 4th grade classroom. How powerful to be given the choice and option to work and learn in a way that best suits you. Learning is not "one size fits all" and I believe our classroom environments and seating options should be no different. I ultimately hope to create a space that students look forward to be in.

About my class
