Clorox wipes and Kleenex will help my students stay healthy by keeping our classroom clean and cut down on the spread of germs. The slinkies, paper cups, and balloons will support learning during science experiments, as will the Apple TV I have requested. The Apple TV will allow me to provide more one one one collaboration with my students around the room during applied science and literacy instruction, rather than be bound to the front of the classroom with technology cords. I will use the Apple TV to provide collaborative lessons on science phenomena, such as sound waves, and animal adaptations. I will use it also for writing, reading, and math lessons. By having items like extra headphones and paint, my students will have enough materials to be successful, giving each child a more equitable chance at learning in all subject areas, especially science. Providing extra classroom books will allow for further literacy development and integration with other subjects. Student reward items such as pens and squishy toys will help motivate my students to complete work and do their best.
