These items will make learning a more interactive experience for the kiddos, as well as some basic necessities for functionality in the classroom. My school does not have a budget to help set up the classroom, so I really need help to be able to make my 2nd grade class the absolute best learning experience. All of the items listed will aid in helping the students feel like this is really THEIR classroom and that they have some control in their learning experience. Items such as dry erase boards will make the learning experience so much more salient for the kiddos and help keep the learning process fun and engaging! Items such as the classroom rug , painting supplies and plant growing supplies will help build community and classroom culture. I plan to instill a love for the environment and conservation by promoting students to use non-plastic items and recycle what we use because waste impacts everyone on the planet!
