A great many of my students struggle with sensory and attention issues which results in them having difficulty staying in standard seating positions. Your donation will help in purchasing portable lap desks which will get those students out of the chairs they dislike so much and seated in a more comfortable manner! Items like Kick Bands, which are attached to the legs of our chairs will allow students to expel their energy through their feet without disrupting the class. Stools, exercise balls, and balance discs will help the students be able to effectively complete their classwork while still engaging their senses and meeting those needs. If you are able to donate, any amount helps! Thank you so much for taking the time to read about my class and how you could make an impact in this up coming school year!
