The tablets I am requesting for my students will have a special place in their hearts and give them opportunity to grow as an artist in this driving force of digital technology in todays society. Each student will engage in a digital art unit where they have an opportunity to create art directly on the computer and also use their "Fine Art" drawing skills to create a piece of artwork or a sketch using the Wacom Tablet with the creative stylus pen. Students will be able to draw directly onto the tablet and watch it be transferred to the computer seeing their pencil marks come to life on the screen. This resource will give students a digital resource with a their own personal touch of fine art!
