Third grade is an exciting year, but also often a very difficult one for our students! Reading in a huge push in third grade, where students gain a sense of independence with their reading, while setting goals for themselves to strive toward. Many of our students have a negative view of reading, as it is a subject that they often struggle with. Books have not always been readily available to our students throughout their lives. These tablets will allow our students to be engaged and excited to read! They will be able to explore their favorite topics, authors, and series, all while working to improve their reading and meet their goals! The tablets will be a huge asset to math as well, utilizing various district approved programs to help secure those skills needed to master multiplication, division and fractions!
