I teach Art & Technology to 4 diverse classes of 11th grade English Language Learners in New York City. My students are all newcomers having been in the United States for less than four years. They come from all over the world, from a wide variety of countries such as Yemen, Haiti, Pakistan, Tibet, Ecuador and Burkina Faso. In my classroom, there are over 15 languages spoken including Urdu, Arabic, Haitian Creole and Albanian.

About my class
