By using a Listening Center in the classroom, my students will build reading and language fluency as they listen to stories in English and Spanish. My students will have access to other language models and be able to build on their knowledge of the alphabetic principle. Not to mention that listening to stories is FUN! Also, as they learn to use the listening center, my students will be able to become more independent with different types of technology. The listening center will be able to impact my students' learning as they become better readers and speakers of the target language.

About my class
