In my classroom, we do a lot of creative projects. My Gifted class often acts out scenes from books and plays that we read. We always make our own paper props to enhance the experience. Having this machine would allow us to print off special decals and shapes to use to enhance our props. This item will also benefit other 8th grade classes as well. My teammates will have access to this machine and its functions to create a stellar learning environment. It's the small details that really make an experience special for students. The Cricut will also be used to create classroom decorations to create a visually stimulating space and manipulatives for students to learn with.
