I teach Chemistry and Mandarin in Uni High for three years. I have had 120 students in my Chemistry classes, and 50 students in my Mandarin classes. I always try to provide a learning environment for my students, and encourage them to do project assignments. One of the recent chemistry project is "What chemical is interesting to you?". For Mandarin class, the project is called "How does geographic climate affect people's food choices in China?"
