“Pencil. Paper. Forget the world.” ― Shaun Hick Thank you so much for showing interest in my project! These basic items will replenish everything that was used up during the previous school year! Markers, colored pencils, highlighters, and regular pencils are the items that are quickly depleted in my project-based learning focused classroom. For example, narrative writing is a key component in the 9th grade classroom. To understand the plot structure in their narrative writing, we have the student create a non-verbal comic. Students will then use this comic to identify the length, structure, timing, and theme of their work. This project ensures that all students understand the concept of narrative structure while providing a creative outlet. Without the necessary items, this project cannot happen. The lamps included in this project would be used during times when my projector is hard to read due to the overhead lighting. These basic supplies will allow my students to have differentiated learning throughout these trying times.
