Flexible seating provides students an opportunity to make choices that enable students to do their best work. I want to create a classroom that gives my scholars lots of options and opportunities to make choices. I want to create a welcoming and comfortable environment almost like home. The clipboards will allow them to move freely around the classroom and the wobble chairs will allow them to move while they do independent work. Reading is FUNdamental! I love to read! I want to instill that joy of reading in my students. The Scholastic News will expose them to places they may never go and present current events in an engaging way. The classroom library must-haves will provide fun and engaging read-alouds and books they will enjoy independently.
