I want to furnish my classroom in a way that helps students feel comfortable enough to take the risks needed to help them grow as learners. We need a nice carpet space to come together as a class, especially with our new curriculum that emphasizes collaboration and respect. I also want to provide a variety of seating opportunities that support their success by meeting their individual needs. A positive classroom environment supports students' growth and success. Having the proper furniture is important for establishing a good classroom environment. I am entering my second year teaching and have a limited budget to work with when ordering supplies.
