My students will be able to use these Chromebooks on a daily basis in our classroom to work on writing, reading, math and keyboarding skills that are imperative to their future education. They can work on projects individually or collaboratively using the many Google apps and our Google Classroom page. These computers will allow us to have a full center for technology time in our daily routine. Students will be able to write documents and create projects where I can give them instant feedback. We will also use these to introduce and build their keyboarding skills. They need these skills to complete their state testing as well as to prepare for junior high and high schools tasks. Technology also creates more excitement in education and allows for easier differentiation for students. Lastly, I believe that building their technology skills is vital for their future endeavors in the career world. I know that my students would love to have this opportunity to work with these Chromebooks everyday!
