This organizer will allow the students to have a safe place to put their work. It will also teach them to take care of their own belongings, as it will be solely their responsibility to put their work in and out of their slot each day. It is important for the children to build strong personal organization skills at a young age that they can carry through life with them. Without an organizer such as this, I would have to sort the papers for them each day. This would not only waste time, but also not instill responsibility within the students to take care of their own things. It is essential to provide the students with organizational supplies they can use themselves.

About my class
