The recent Hurricane destroyed our classroom listening center, we need a new one to continue to foster our love of listening and writing about literature. Before the storm, my students would go to the listening center daily and listen as a small group to a story and then draw/write a response in their journals. Our listening center received water damage and is not working right now. A new CD player will get us back on the road to being able to run this center again daily! This will in turn create a big step in getting the classroom back to how it was before., which will directly help these kids!
