As a first year, first grade teacher at a low income school I would love to have the tools to help my students succeed. First grade is when most students learn to read. I want my students to see the amazing world of literature and be excited to explore books in all forms. Many of my students have little access to books after they leave school, and many students have parents whom don’t speak English, so any assistance with reading at home is slim to none. These audiobooks and audio station will help my beginning readers to see the amazing world of literature. These audiobooks will hopefully begin to foster a love of reading.
