My most favorite time of day happens during small-group teaching sessions. During this time so many light-bulb moments occur. Small-group time allows for students to be taught at their specific level. It is differentiated so I am able to intervene or enrich as needed. So many kids discover that learning makes sense for the first time because of these small-groups. This is the time when critical learning is happening. I need students to be engaged and actively participating in what is being taught. For this reason, I am in need of 6 rocker stools. My goal is to incorporate movement into the most critical moments of our day.Currently, I have stools in this area. They were cute and a unique way of sitting, but not ideal for smaller students. Students like the stools but are always trying to rock in them and this has caused a few stools to break and all of the rest are bent. I would love to put real rocking stools in, instead because they will support my active learners without breaking! The stools I am looking to purchase have been built in order to help students safely move while learning.
