All students need to build confidence. Music is a beautiful way to bring people together and celebrate our differences. My students have voted to start a beginner's ukulele club for those experienced with music and just starting out. With a class set of ukuleles, we can foster lifelong skills like perseverance, grit, and self-confidence. Students will spend 9-18 weeks learning the ukulele before they'll switch to a new club. After the first year, they can come back for a 2nd or 3rd round of ukulele club to advance their skills even more. My goal is to awaken a passion for music and a confidence they never knew they had!
