My high cognitive learners are in a public school setting where they are the minority. Most technology and resources are targeted toward regular classroom instruction or intervention for struggling students. These amazing young minds need to have an opportunity to have technology opportunities suited for their skill level. Coding and advancements in technology skills are key for students and the opportunity to problem solve will set my students up for success. Students in my classrooms will be able to learn coding skills and use these student friendly robots to advance their understanding of technology of the future. The Dash and Dot robots encourage students to continue building critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills for tomorrow’s job market.
