Do you have the same kind of seating in your home? Do you have a favorite chair to watch TV? These questions will help explain why I want flexible seating in my classroom. We are all different. We all learn in different ways. A chair that is perfectly comfortable for you might not feel right for me. The basic classroom chair is provided in my class, however, with new flexible seating all students can be comfortable and more focused. The fidgety students will love balancing on balls, for some the wobble chair will be perfect. The portable lap desk will be perfect for the student that loves to work by themselves. Stools around my teacher's table will allow more students to be seated around my table. The chairs I have now are bulky and some of them are cracked. The stools can also be easily moved. When I move around the room conferencing with students at their desks these stools will be amazing.
