We use whiteboards every day in our virtual classroom. It is an essential tool for learning as students work to overcome the challenges they face from challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We use whiteboards to write letters to practice good penmanship, write sentences, create equations, and the magnetic feature of the whiteboards I hope to get will allow students to share their understanding with others by holding up the board to their chromebook's camera while we are in our virtual classroom. Your donations will help ensure that all students in my class have access to the same materials so they can feel successful and confident as first grade learners. Many of my students need additional help in basic reading and math skills, like letter sounds, counting, and writing letters/sentences and numbers/equations. These whiteboards are essential when I am working with them in small groups via Google Meet. RL1.1-2, RI1.1 RF.1-3, 1.OA/NBT/G, W.1-3 & 7
