These tables will allow students to have a space to complete work that requires a sturdy work surface. They will also encourage collaboration between peers without the barriers of desks, which we currently have. Students will be able to move around the tables to work on group projects, sit comfortably (with correct posture) for handwriting practice, and share community supplies. These tables will also create a sense of community as students work together to take care of the shared space. The tables will also encourage students to help one another with academics when a table partner is struggling. Last but not least, the blue lining on the table edges will add a nice pop of color to our classroom.

About my class
