My classroom is a place that students want to come each day. They enjoy learning with their friends and growing intellectually and emotionally. My classroom is a place where students learn the value of not only education, but also communication, and friendship skills. iPads in the classroom will not only allow students to access new material in both literacy and math, it will also allow students more opportunities to work in collaborative pairs and learn how to work together. Students will be completing assignments on the iPads, making discussion videos to use with other classes and have access to hands on learning in math. Not all students learn in the same way, some thrive on technology. Especially in the world we live in today. Having access to technology throughout the day will also equip them with career readiness skills they will use in the future.
