The students in my class are part of LBUSD, the Long Beach Unified School District. Long Beach is one of the United States' most diverse cities, for example, it is home to the highest population of Cambodians outside of Cambodia. According to Statistical Atlas, the population in Long Beach is about 470,000. Our diverse city has but is not limited to: Caucasian, Hispanics, African American, and Native American backgrounds. Our classrooms reflect the diverse pool that makes our city so beautiful. Our classrooms have English Language Learners, at level readers, and GATE learners.

About my class
