As a first-year teacher, there are many items I need that help make the classroom flow more smoothly. My project has classroom items that will both benefit the students and my teaching. An item that I have selected in my project are fidget bands. Fidget bands go around the bottom of the students' chairs. They helps those students who have a harder time sitting still to focus a bit more. I want to help my students be successful. I also want to give my students some playground equipment. I believe that students need to move around and have something to play with at recess.
