These headphones would bring access to students to the many historical documents and videos available on the Internet. It will also allow them to access materials that I post online to support the work we are doing in the classroom. Using online resources often give students the opportunity to work at their pace and repeat information that they need support with. Many of the sites will read the information aloud to struggling readers helping them develop their skills. By donating to this project you are supporting struggling readers and student engagement as they can work at their own pace. Students will be able to focus on the material in front of them and have audio to help increase their engagement and knowledge. In our digital-driven world any increase in digital resources can help students' skills grow in an online environment.
