As a 2nd year teacher, I am super excited about this upcoming school year. I am am working hard to be able to better prepare my students for 1st grade. In my Kindergarten classroom, I want my students to be able to do a lot of hands-on, independent learning workstations which are totally different from the traditional "centers". I envision my Kindergarten classroom as being a ditto (worksheets) free environment with EVERYTHING being hands-on interactive learning. My students are very energetic, enthusiastic and creative, inquisitive sponges, eager to explore every aspect of learning!
