Do you remember a time where gym was a daily event? How about 30 minutes for a recess? With so much to accomplish, those days are long behind us. We now have 15 minutes recesses and gym only twice a week. We will use these stationary bikes to get our physical needs met while we also meet our mental needs. The requested bikes will help to straighten our backs, align our spine and strengthen our core. This is all while simultaneously helping students to be engaged mentally within the classroom! These stationary bikes will help my students get the physical exercise they need while continuing to engage in classroom instruction.
