As our students start our upcoming school year we are emphasizing building a love of reading so that our students have access to the world. Serving students and families in Camden, we want our students to be represented in rich and authentic texts so that they can feel valued and proud of their culture. We want our students to have access to texts that they will not only enjoy, but will learn and grow from. Our students will truly fall in love with reading when their stories are reflected in the words of authors and the pictures of illustrators. Our students are already such eager readers and with this project, they will continue their journey toward a life-long love of reading!

About my class
