Rewards, in our class, are used as a motivator for building good character such as respect, integrity, responsibility, rigor, kindness, team work, etc. Our scholars who work hard to achieve excellence and good character should be rewarded for their efforts. While, money free rewards can be motivating, it's always nice to see tangible rewards for hard work and integrity. I can't provide these rewards without help. We use an economy system in our class to teach budgeting and show that there is a value for every behavior that demonstrates good character. I want to provide them with a good store system to cash in on their hard work.
