First grade is a vital year in these young readers' lives. I am excited for the opportunity to create the library of these children's dreams! Many of my students do not have books to read at home, making my classroom library, with which they interact every day of the week, extremely important. My goal is to create lifelong readers. Making our library a quiet and safe place to snuggle up and read a good book is a top priority for me this year. This classic selection of books will grab my students' attention, while also guiding them to become independent readers.

About my class
