My class is a wonderful group of boys and girls who just need to be given the tools to succeed. Most of them come from single parent homes. They are typical third grade students who are still very willing to learn, and love to learn! Our school is a neighborhood school of around 450 (PreK-5). My school is a Title 1 school, and over 80% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. We take pride in giving back to the neighborhood and community in which we are located.
