It is our goal to create a multi-cultural library that will allow our students to read about characters from all around the world. Our classroom is made up of many different cultures and it is our goal as educators to make sure each student can identify with a character in a story. Our students have expressed the wish to have stories with characters that are similar to them. These chapter books will help us create a library that is based on students' interests. Our students are loving reading books across a series, and tracking the character through multiple journeys. Having these books in our library will foster their love for reading!
