I have chosen to ask for technology for my classroom. These Kindle Fires will allow my students to access websites like Kahoots, Quizziz, Nearpod, ALEKS, and Khan Academy. They will also allow my students who are completing Math STREAM Projects to do the background research necessary to complete this rigorous task. My students enjoy working together, and this will add an extra element for success in their partnerships. A lot of our students come from low-income houses, and do not have access to this technology outside of school. Help me "Broaden Their Horizons" and further develop a love of Mathematics that is often missing in our students!
