When students have the proper tools at their disposal, they are able to follow along with the class. We are in need of these tools. The TI 30X II calculator will ensure that all students have this tool at their disposal. Currently, there are 6 calculators in my class to use in a class of 30. Many cell phone calculators are unable to perform the extremely large numbers, small numbers, and functions required for chemistry and physical science. Large and small numbers can be simplified by using the exponent function on the TI 30 calculator. This amazing tool cost less than sixteen dollars and will help our students in the class.
