My class uses computers on a daily basis. Our school has a program that helps the students learn math and reading at their own pace. They also use the computers to do research, play learning games, listen to stories and practice skills. The students love working on their computers, but are distracted by the noise of other computers around them. The students were given earbuds at the beginning of the year, but with second graders, the earbuds did not last long. Sony headphones would be a great asset to their learning environment. The headphones would not only help the students stay focused, but would also keep the noise down, so other students are not distracted.
