Students won't be confined to using the mouse pad on the Chromebook. With this tool, students will work more efficiently, be more productive, and less frustrated. Students will benefit by being able to work better alone, and also in groups. When students work with other students, especially students with disabilities, they learn quicker, and retain the knowledge on a long term basis. The tactile feel of the mouse will benefit all students because it is like going from a quill pen to a ball point one. This tool will allow to be more expressive, and navigate some of the more demanding applications they will use on a daily basis. Having a mouse will be a major improvement over the tool currently embedded within the Chromebook. The major goal of an inclusive classroom is to level the playing field. To translate, it will make the classroom a place where students with disabilities receive everything as their non-disabled peers.
