Due to the limited available data for hotspot use, many EL students can't navigate online themselves to access lessons. It becomes difficult for students to practice the skills learned in class. This situation causes students to become frustrated and discouraged in learning the target language. These traditional printed materials may able to reach more students than providing online materials and platforms to practice their acquiring skills.
