We spend a great deal of time indoors for recess during cold and snowy Illinois winters. These resources that I have requested will not only allow the kids to have some fun during their recess time but will also work on their learning skills! I have requested new board games to give students an opportunity to practice social skills such as taking turns and good sportsmanship. Legos and Magnatiles are great for STEM learning and building. Puzzles help students in a variety of ways such as problem solving and spatial reasoning.
