The materials and supplies I am requesting for my classroom with go DIRECTLY to the students. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common mental health disorders of childhood. Each student will get a band for their chair whether their learning needs require them or not. Sometimes everyone needs a little movement! The exercise balls and wobble chairs will be placed at the reading table. Reading is SO important in Kindergarten and students need to be able to feel comfortable while learning. I can already see how excited they will be to come to reading group to be able to sit in these chairs!
