In order to participate fully in laboratory, hands-on activities our students need protective eyewear. As important as having these safety goggles, we must keep them sanitized after each use for the protection of our students’ precious eyes! In the learning of science it is most important for middle school students to actively engage in hands-on lab activities in the classroom. These lab activities are so important because these allow students to engage in kinesthetic learning. It also allows students to experiment with trial and error, learn from their mistakes, and understand the potential gaps between theory and practice in the class laboratory.
